3. Email Builder
The email creators of both Omnisend and Klaviyo are excellent. However, in my opinion, Klaviyo’s editor has a more appealing appearance and feel than Omnisend’s.
However, the feature options for the Omnisend editor are satisfactory. Both offer a drag-and-drop interface.
Omnisend
In addition to product picking and post-purchase automation, Omnisend offers scratch-off cards with promotional discounts or other offers. When the card is scratched, a discount will be revealed.
Wheel of Fortune
There is a function exclusive to Omnisend that Klaviyo lacks. It’s known as gamification. Gamification provides users with interactivity. This is included in the premium plan.
This consists of a “Wheel of fate,” a “scratch card,” and a “gift box.” All of these allow you to deliver presents such as discounts, giveaways, and freebies.
However, Klaviyo requires an additional tool to integrate the gamified option. It is known as Wheelio.
Klaviyo
In Klaviyo, there are fewer editing choices. You can perform only the most fundamental operations, such as inserting links into the text and customizing it to your liking. You may clone blocks from there, and you can also save a block directly from the editor.
In Klaviyo, you cannot construct your landing page. Additionally, you cannot make us pop.

7. Contact Management
Klaviyo’s contact list management is easier than Omnisend’s.
Omnisend
Omnisend makes it easy to add contacts. We can add a single contact, copy and paste contact information, or import contacts from.csv,.xls, and other files. With MailChimp’s Data import tool, we can also add contacts.
You can divide your list into different parts by making different segments. In the segmentation, there are many choices. You can make segments based on channels (SMS channel, email channel, etc.), shopping habits, campaign activity, etc.
Klaviyo
But Klaviyo makes it hard to add contacts to the list by hand. By adding CSV files, we can add the contacts. You can also add the contacts by making a subscriber page and sign-up forms.
You can also use Klaviyo to make segments. But it is a little hard and takes some time.
Key Take-Aways: Adding contacts is the same in both Omnisend and Klaviyo. But with Omnisend, you can use MailChimp’s import tools to add contacts. Also, adding contacts and their settings is quick and easy in Omnisend but not in Klaviyo

That means that Omnisend gives you a better customer experience and lets customers set up automation based on their needs.

Winner of Automation: Omnisend
Omnisend : 5 – 2 : Klaviyo
9. Integration
Omnisend only works with less than 50 integrations, such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc. They divide their Integration list into sections like customer service, e-commerce platforms, finances, and so on.
Klaviyo works with more than 200 other services. Klaviyo works with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and so on. Klaviyo works with both B2B and B2C companies through custom websites.

Omnised
Omnisend has good ways for customers to get help. They offer live representatives, chat, email/help desk, and knowledge bases 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Omnisend’s customer service is better than that of Klaviyo.
Klaviyo
On the other hand, Klaviyo’s customer service isn’t very good. There are only two ways to get help for customers. They are Chat and Email/Help Desk.
Klaviyo is made for customers who know what they want. So, Klaviyo’s free version doesn’t have good customer service. Omnisend’s customer service is so much better than Klaviyo’s.
If you want better customer service, I’d suggest Omnisend. Omnisend has a great way to help customers, which is why I like it. Omnisend can be reached by email for the free plan. No matter what, they will try to answer within a few hours.
Winner of Customer support: Omnisend
