StormViews review searches usually come down to one question: can you really buy YouTube views, and is it worth it? You can, and StormViews sells them cheaply, from $2.24 for 100 views, but I would not use it to grow a channel you care about. YouTube bans bought engagement, and StormViews itself says it cannot promise how its delivery will interact with YouTube. I checked every price and policy on this page against stormviews.com on 2 November 2026.
Below I cover what StormViews actually is today, every YouTube package price, how an order works, the refund rules, the real risks, and what I would do instead.

Test order: 100 YouTube views for $2.24
The smallest StormViews views package, a one-time fee with no password needed, useful only to see how delivery works before you spend more.
There is no public StormViews coupon code, so the cheapest real way in is the smallest package. If you are only curious how these services behave, a $2.24 test on an unimportant video tells you far more than any sales page.
What Is StormViews?
StormViews is a paid social media growth service run by Stormviews Media Ltd. It sells views, likes, subscribers and watch hours for YouTube, plus views, likes and followers for Instagram and TikTok. When I first wrote about it, it was a YouTube-only site. It has since been rebuilt with a cart, an order dashboard and support in English, French, German, Portuguese and Dutch.
What surprised me on this visit is how candid the site has become. StormViews says your order is fulfilled through a third-party promotion network that it does not operate, that it has not audited where each view or subscriber comes from, and that the quantity on a package is what it submits for delivery, not a guaranteed increase in your public count. That is far more honest than the old version of this review, which repeated claims about real, niche-matched, non-drop subscribers that StormViews no longer makes.
StormViews Pricing 2026
Every StormViews package is a one-time fee with no subscription or renewal. Here are the YouTube prices for the standard High-Quality option.
| Package size | YouTube views | YouTube likes | YouTube subscribers |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | $2.24 | $2.69 | $6.29 |
| 250 | $3.59 | $4.49 | $12.59 |
| 500 | $5.84 | $6.74 | $22.49 |
| 1,000 | $7.19 | $8.99 | $40.49 |
| 2,500 | $13.49 | $17.09 | $89.99 |
| 5,000 | $22.49 | $29.69 | $157.49 |
| 7,500 | $31.49 | $40.49 | $215.99 |
| 10,000 | $38.69 | $49.49 | $269.99 |
| 25,000 | $67.49 | Not offered | Not offered |
| 50,000 | $112.49 | Not offered | Not offered |
| 100,000 | $179.99 | Not offered | Not offered |
Prices checked on 2 November 2026 on stormviews.com in US dollars. For views there is also a custom tier of 250K to 1M views starting at $381.59. Subscribers come in a second No-Drop option that costs more, for example $19.51 for 250 instead of $12.59.

YouTube watch hours
StormViews also sells watch hours: $99 for 500 hours, $179 for 1,000, $329 for 2,000 and $599 for 4,000. The product page states plainly that these hours do not count toward the 4,000 public watch hours YouTube requires for the Partner Program, so they will not get you monetized.
Compared with the prices in the old version of this review, views are much cheaper now (1,000 views was $5.99 and 10,000 was $59.99), while subscribers moved from $9.99 for 50 to $6.29 for 100.
StormViews for Instagram and TikTok
StormViews now covers Instagram and TikTok too, with the same one-time fees and paced delivery. These are the starting prices I saw for each service.
| Service | Starting package | Largest package |
|---|---|---|
| Instagram views | 500 views for $0.79 | Not checked |
| Instagram likes | 100 likes for $2.79 | Not checked |
| Instagram followers | 100 followers for $1.79 | 200K followers for $584.99 |
| TikTok views | 1,000 views for $1.79 | 100K views for $89.99 |
| TikTok likes | 100 likes for $2.69 | 10K likes for $89.99 |
| TikTok followers | 100 followers for $3.59 | 10K followers for $125.99 |
StormViews’ own Instagram page notes that Instagram’s community guidelines prohibit artificially inflated metrics, so the same account risk applies there as on YouTube.
How a StormViews Order Works
- Pick the platform, the metric (views, likes, subscribers or watch hours) and a package size.
- Paste the public video or channel URL. StormViews never asks for your password or account access.
- Choose when delivery starts and how long it is spread over, from about 48 hours up to 14 days.
- Pay the one-time fee by card or Apple Pay. The order is usually submitted for delivery within about an hour.
- Track the count on your video and the order status in your StormViews dashboard.
StormViews offers refill cover: if the count lands short or slips back within the cover period, it asks the network to top it up. It also says quantities are estimates, so the final number can land slightly above or below the package size. Delivery cannot be targeted to a country, interest or audience.
StormViews Refunds and Support
- Before submission: cancel any time before the order is sent for delivery and you get a full refund. That window is usually about an hour.
- After submission: if a campaign cannot reach its quantity, you can choose an extension, a re-run of the missing part, or a pro-rata refund of the undelivered portion.
- Not covered: anything already delivered, and outcomes StormViews never promises, such as revenue, monetization or organic growth.
- Support: email [email protected] from your checkout address. Refund requests get a reply within five business days.
The Real Risk: YouTube Bans Bought Engagement
This is the part most reviews of these services skip. YouTube’s fake engagement policy says it does not allow anything that artificially increases views, likes, comments or other metrics, and that content and channels breaking the policy may be removed or terminated. It also warns that if you hire someone to promote your channel, their methods can get your channel taken down, even though you did not run them yourself.
StormViews does not hide this. Its own FAQ says it cannot promise how third-party delivery will interact with YouTube’s systems, and that if that uncertainty is not acceptable for your channel, you should not buy from it or anyone. I agree with that advice. Bought views also do nothing for your watch-time quality signals, your ad revenue or your Partner Program eligibility.
StormViews Pros and Cons
Pros
- Low one-time prices, from $2.24 for 100 YouTube views.
- No password or account access needed, only a public URL.
- Delivery is paced over 48 hours to 14 days instead of arriving in one spike.
- Clear refund policy and refill cover if counts fall short.
- Unusually honest about what it can and cannot promise.
Cons
- Buying views, likes or subscribers breaks YouTube’s fake engagement policy and can put your channel at risk.
- Orders come from a third-party network StormViews does not operate or audit.
- No country or audience targeting, so the views will not match your niche.
- Watch hours do not count toward YouTube Partner Program monetization.
- Final counts are estimates and not guaranteed.
Who Should and Should Not Use StormViews
- Should not: anyone building a channel they want to monetize, a brand account, or a creator who relies on YouTube income. The policy risk is not worth a bigger counter.
- Should not: anyone hoping for real viewers in their niche or country. StormViews cannot target either.
- Might consider: someone curious to test how these services behave, with a small order on a throwaway video, knowing the money may be wasted.
What I Would Do Instead
If you want real growth, put the money into tools and promotion YouTube allows. A keyword and optimization tool helps your videos get found, and my VidIQ vs TubeBuddy comparison covers the two most popular ones. Running a YouTube ad through Google Ads is the sanctioned way to pay for views, and those views show up properly in your analytics.
If you are still comparing paid growth services, I have also reviewed You to Subs and rounded up the best SMM panels for Instagram, and the same YouTube and Instagram policy risks apply to all of them.
StormViews FAQs
These are the questions I would want answered before paying StormViews anything.
StormViews never asks for your password, but it says itself that it cannot promise how delivery will interact with YouTube systems. YouTube bans artificially inflated views, likes and subscribers and can remove videos or terminate channels, even when someone you hired did it.
When I checked, YouTube views started at $2.24 for 100 and went up to $179.99 for 100K, likes ran from $2.69 for 100 to $49.49 for 10K, and subscribers from $6.29 for 100 to $269.99 for 10K. Every package is a one-time fee with no subscription.
No. StormViews states that watch hours it delivers do not count toward the 4,000 public watch hours the YouTube Partner Program requires, and its 4,000-hour package costs $599.
No. StormViews says delivery is not restricted to any country and cannot be aimed at one, because the promotion network it uses only takes a public URL and a quantity.
StormViews refunds an order in full if you cancel before it is submitted, which usually happens within about an hour of payment. After that it only refunds or re-runs the undelivered part, and requests go to [email protected].
StormViews routes each order to a third-party promotion network that it does not operate, and it says it has not audited where each individual view, like or subscriber comes from.
Final Verdict: StormViews Review 2026
StormViews is cheap, easy to use and more transparent than most sellers in this market, and I give it credit for saying out loud what it cannot promise. But what it sells is a number on a public URL, not an audience, and YouTube treats that as fake engagement. I would only use it for a small test on a video you can afford to lose, never on a channel you want to monetize.
